Magic and so on will help, but the Orc won't care; I think there's an imbalance here. Orcs are good both in the early and late game, while Warlocks are weak in the late game.

So, Orcs also have their drawbacks.
I think Dungeon can also win in the late game; you can simply replace Chaos with Summoning or Darkness, or you can keep Chaos if you have Wrath of the Elements and a rune set.

This is without any luck bonuses.
Lethos is good on small maps, but Erin is better on all other maps. She has strong magic + an extra shot.
Letos is great on large maps, and Synitar with the Warlord skill is very convenient on small maps. On small maps, you might not even find the spells of the Necropolis faction. Erinn is a weak hero; Iranna is better.
Well, I don't really know, but if we're talking about a hero in the late game, it's Erinn (or Irbeth).
The ability of Synitar is usually not helpful in a prolonged game (fortunately, the Necropolis troops are fragile and unlikely to survive long enough for us, with the artifacts we have, to run out of mana).
But even if mana is needed, Irbeth is more advantageous, because by spending a day, she allows you to gain about a hundred mana above the maximum (which will allow you to at least put up some resistance against demons that drain mana).
In my opinion, the most interesting heroes in the late game are Letos and Erinn. However, Letos will be limited by the damage of the plague (which in the late game will be a couple of hundred - not bad, but not strong enough to be considered overpowered), while Erinn's damage is not limited. Plus, he combines well with a build focused on a mage-chaos hero, as it allows him to deal additional damage without requiring complex conditions for execution (several melee units, and even in the right positions), as with Sorgan.
In my opinion, if there are no plans for serious mana problems due to some features of the enemy, Erinn is potentially the strongest in terms of chaos magic in the League.
Let's choose the three best heroes among the Dark Elves. There's one hero who is suitable for everyone – he's useful in any case – and there are specialized ones, needed for specific armies. They shouldn't be used for standard tactics (all types of troops and as much magic as possible), but that doesn't make them worse.
Sinithar is the best of all the heroes. Warlocks use magic in any case, so he will help everyone. And for those who specialize exclusively in chaos magic, he is simply a gift. This "gift" earns him the first place.
Irenna and Vaishan share second place. They enhance good units, and we can develop a special tactic that differs significantly from the standard one.
Irbet takes third place. Her ritual, which increases the mana reserve, can be very useful for many. The main thing is to develop a tactic in which the hero can actually spend a lot of mana in one battle. Perhaps it is worth creating a defensive army – with hydras. In any case, it is best for her to fight against heroes and very strong neutral units; otherwise, her specialization will not be well justified.
