Magic and so on will help, but the Orc won't care; I think there's an imbalance here. Orcs are good both in the early and late game, while Warlocks are weak in the late game.

You can gather spells and build structures. And with skillful play, in the late game, Warlocks are far from weak. Moreover, they have an easier time in the early game than Orcs.
