Lethos is good on small maps, but Erin is better on all other maps. She has strong magic + an extra shot.

Actually, Lethos is good on huge maps, while Synitar with Rash is very useful on small maps. On small maps, it's hard to find spells of darkness. Erin is a weak hero; Iranna is better.
