But at the same time, you say in advance that strength is worse than endurance.
So the stats should be balanced taking into account the system.

On their own, yes. However, the way strength is intertwined with other stats (and stamina is intertwined with other stats) is a different issue, in my opinion. But on their own, they are clearly not equivalent, and that's all there is to it.
I just think that it's much, much easier to balance the system based on stats than the other way around.
which will be improved with the level
The main thing is to introduce a limit on the stats, so that there aren't any characters with 45 strength and everything else at 15, or introduce a link between the stats, so that to increase strength to 30, you first need to increase endurance to 20, or all other stats, so that there isn't a big gap between them.
You can also introduce racial restrictions, as is often the case in games.
As I've said many times, you're looking at the stats in isolation from the rest of the system.
It's difficult for me to imagine abilities tied to endurance; there will probably be very few of them.
Yes. I not only do that, but I also don't understand why it should be done any other way.
Why not?
Conversely, I wonder what prevents us from bringing the stamina perks to the same level?
