Hello, Dyrman. What do you think about the idea of an Inferno hero with a specialization in resurrecting some of the demons that died in battle by sacrificing the enemy's slain warriors and transforming orcs?
So, is it a full mana restoration after two won battles?
And I won't be able to help with the icon:smile32:
No. It restores 50% of the spent mana after a battle. And maybe even less. Tests will show. The elf who has turned to chaos has a colossal mana consumption, considering the rain of arrows, enchanted arrow, and enchanted ballista.

Good afternoon, Dyrman. What do you think about the idea of an Inferno hero with a specialization in resurrecting some of the demons killed in battle at the expense of the enemy's slain warriors and transforming orcs?
Good afternoon! It smells like necromancy. Transforming orcs is too narrowly focused. Such a specialization would be good in single-player mode, when some of the warriors return from the Underworld.
I suggest simply replenishing troops from the Underworld after a battle, but only those that were lost and in an incomplete amount of their losses (30%). But also, Inferno troops of the enemy that were destroyed are restored to your side, in an even smaller amount (10%).
Thus, it will be more profitable to attack "native" neutrals.
In this form, I will undertake to implement the specialization. There is even an icon, a female one. It is necessary to write a bio and choose a name.
Xana -> Lamia. And Zana will be in 0.77.
Zana's special ability will depend on luck, similar to the mechanism of lucky portals.
MSCH, where did the name Dreyllana come from?
Added 40 minutes later Lokken, does this bio correspond to the canon of Ashan?
MSCH
I'm talking about this one:
Dreyllana (Sylvan)
Dreyllana is one of the last sorceresses of the ancient elven race – the Sylvan. Her ancestors left Irollan due to the dissatisfaction of the druids, as the Sylvan worshipped two Dragons – Silanne and Shalasse. The Sylvan were also known for their matriarchal order in the priesthood, which violated the elven canons. For many years, Dreyllana wandered in the "barbaric" lands to the east of Ashan, studying healing and the secret Sylvan knowledge of obtaining mana from emotions and aggression. One night, as she was returning home, a piece of leather fell at her feet. It contained painfully familiar Sylvan writings. They spoke of a lost Sylvan relic – a vessel that grants rapid and eternal mana regeneration without effort. The location where the search should begin was also mentioned – Irollan. Without a moment's hesitation, Dreyllana set out to find this relic. She found Irollan in ruins and at war; the very first village where Dreyllana stopped was attacked by the undead, but by organizing resistance, the Sylvan destroyed them, earning the trust of the elves. Now she leads one of the border armies of Irollan, without losing sight of finding the great artifact of her ancestors.
Special ability: Sylvan – complete mana regeneration for each won battle.
The Sylvan always have black hair and dark brown eyes.
Lokken, does this bio align with the lore of Ashan?
How do you like this version?
After a terrible storm destroyed the home-ship of her clan, the young Drailana remained the last representative of an ancient elven lineage. For many years, the girl wandered through the "barbaric" lands to the east of Tallan, studying the healing arts and the culture of the inhabitants of those places, until one night she dreamed of mysterious writings that told of a relic hidden deep within the elven forests – a vessel with an endless supply of mana. Reaching Irollan and successfully repelling several undead attacks on one of the settlements, Drailana managed to earn the trust of her kin and now leads one of the border armies, while still hoping to find the great artifact of her ancestors.
Well, generally, I once worked on an "offshoot" of the elven race. And as a result, Sylvana is an elf with terrible magic, or rather, mana regeneration.
The idea was taken from a DOS game – Jurassic War – where there were elves with dark hair, and their "legendary weapon" was a jug that essentially provided infinite mana.
I gave them a name (Sylvans) and came up with the idea that Sylvan female names end in -ana (Elkhana, Darana, Dreylana, etc.)
In general, sorry for the off-topic – it's all from my head. Canonically, Sylvans are nowhere to be found/I haven't encountered them.

Almost exactly like Siel from Heroes 6) (Home-ships, in the sense). In general, my bio does not contradict the so-called canon. The rest is up to you.
Almost exactly like Siel from Heroes 6) (I mean the house-ships). Overall, my bio doesn't contradict the so-called canon. It's up to you now.
I heard somewhere that there were sea elves in Ashan.
If the elven lineage is so ancient, it should be known. Besides, the name Sylvan, considering the faction's second name, is not very suitable. If the biography remained the same, except for linking the heroine to a fictional lineage, I think everything would be fine. The first biography is more beautiful, the second is more consistent with the realities of Ashan.
MSCH, if the proposed interpretation by Lokken doesn't suit you, I suggest rewriting your own, or, if it's not that important, I'll add the one that suits Ashan better to the mod.
I am less knowledgeable about the lore of Ashan after the release of the sixth installment, but were there any "Sylvan" factions?
No, there weren't. Well, as I understand it from MSCH, it's not the name of a people, but the name of one of the tribes. A fictional tribe created by MSCH, which should be permissible. In principle, I prefer the Lokken edition, where this name simply doesn't appear. That way, it won't raise any questions.
Well, in principle, yes, it's not a separate "subspecies," but rather a branch, like the Sea Elves.
But if we stick to the canon, then we can simply remove the word "Sylvan" from my version everywhere, even from the name of the special unit. And also remove the ship-house.
Here, I've reworked it, incorporating some ideas from Lokken:
Draylana (Sylvan)
Draylana's ancestors left Irollan due to the druids' dissatisfaction, as they worshipped two Dragons – Silanne and Shalasse, and were also known for their matriarchal structure in the priesthood, which violated the elven canons. For many years, Draylana wandered through the "barbarian" lands in the east of Tallan, studying the healing and culture of the inhabitants of those places, until one night she dreamed of mysterious writings telling of a relic hidden deep within the elven forests – a vessel with an endless supply of mana. Special unit: Replenisher – fully restores mana for each won battle.
Added 9 minutes later By the way, is it possible to implement the Necromancer's special ability as Nagash had in the 3rd game?
(i.e., to close the map during a turn). If so, then we can write a biography for Charity.
