It smells like necromancy. Transforming orcs is too narrowly focused.
Such a specialization would be good in single-player mode, when some of the warriors return from the Underworld.

I suggest simply replenishing troops from the Underworld after a battle, but only those that were lost and in an incomplete amount of their losses (30%). But also, Inferno troops of the enemy that were destroyed are restored to your side, in an even smaller amount (10%).

Thus, it will be more profitable to attack "native" neutrals.
