I don't think the connection between A Song of Ice and Fire and the Lannisters is obvious, especially for fans of Game of Thrones (like me).

First, you tried your best to cast doubt on the solution to the clue, and then you attempted to shift the blame onto me by somehow linking the clue to me. Even if we assume you are an investigator, after just one night, you cannot possibly know a player's attitude towards one side or the other.

And yes, you didn't answer about the connection between the song and the Lannisters.

Explain it to me as if I know nothing about Game of Thrones and only have a page from the "A Song of Ice and Fire" wiki in front of me. How would I, after reading the information on that page, figure out that the next clue is the Lannisters? There's not a single word about them there.

And yes, Nebo said that the clue doesn't necessarily have to be ENTIRELY from Wikipedia; some things can be figured out associatively on your own. For example, I don't remember much, but I still figured it out!
By the way, we shouldn't even have the original page in front of us; we only have the Mantichore's coat of arms depicted on a shield, and the reverse chain leads quite easily to the Song.

And in general, I'm not claiming that my solution is 100% CORRECT; it's my job to suggest it.
