Perhaps you should create fewer roles (12-14). And don't include bots in the game; they won't play anyway.
I'm going to disagree. I recently gathered 19 people for a ROLE-PLAYING game on another forum. The forum is NOT role-playing oriented. It's a shame that there aren't enough people, and it seems the GM has given up. The plot and roles are very cool.

I'm going to have to disagree. I recently gathered 19 people for a ROLE-PLAYING game on another forum. The forum is NOT role-playing oriented. It's a shame that there aren't enough people, and it seems the GM has given up. The plot and roles are very cool.
The GM seems to have gotten tired of waiting. Registration for the game was opened a month ago. ) If those 19 people were actively playing, then that's really great. Unfortunately, that's not always the case. There are such jerks who sign up for game after game for some reason, but they are practically invisible in the discussion. If there are too many of them, it turns into a very depressing picture. ((
Allow me to disagree. I recently gathered 19 people for a roleplay on another forum. The forum is NOT a roleplaying one.
There is a high probability that it was precisely because the forum is not a roleplaying one that so many people were gathered. And the activity level of people there, I think, is higher than on HeroesWorld. HeroesWorld, in turn, has a section for mafia games, where just under a hundred games have been held over the last few years. Some old players no longer appear on the forum, while the rest, who still visit the forum, have already grown tired of mafia.
How about I try to get some people interested? At least two people were intrigued by the plot...

writing… any number will do!! I have a question about Gabriel right away: "No Delay. Guard. – Guards the selected target. The first time, it scares away the attacker and saves the target. In subsequent times, it does not save the target, but kills the attacker." Please explain how this works? What is considered a "subsequent time"? Is it a repeated attack by X on Y? A repeated attack on Y? A repeated attack from X? Does it matter who attacks and who is attacked in a repeated attack that Gabriel deflects?
I'm signing up... for any role! I have a question about Gabriel right away: "ND. Guard. – Guards the selected target. The first time, it scares away the attacker, saving the target. In subsequent times, it doesn't save the target, but kills the attacker." Can you explain how this works? What is considered a "subsequent time"? Is it a repeated attack by X on Y? A repeated attack on Y? A repeated attack from X? A repeated attack, regardless of who and against whom, that is deflected by Gabriel?
Let me try to explain. Gabriel protects someone, and an attacker attacks the target. He scares away the attacker. Then, if Gabriel protects someone, not necessarily the same target, he will kill the attacker.
All roles have been assigned; I will send them out soon. Please confirm receipt. Since the recruitment has been ongoing for a while, it may take more time for everyone to respond.
All roles have been assigned. The official start of the night is at 20:00 (Moscow time). NDs can be sent earlier.
