Let me offer some insights while no one else has:

It's clear that the Mafia wouldn't block and kill the same player, so the Warlord redirected either the block or the kill to Alex. This is generally a good thing because a benevolent Warlord wouldn't take anyone into the army without a reason.

Why is there so much interest in Alex from all the villains in the town?
Alex was defending Olam and wanted to join the execution of the Heroist, but couldn't because he was blocked.
Perhaps this was the reason why the Heroist wanted to execute Alex due to the absurd situation with the block? Yes, Alex. And it's so obvious that it seems unbelievable. I think the Heroist is being set up clumsily.

As for the Military and the Mafia, here are some possible scenarios:

1) The Military redirected the Mafia's killer, and the Mafia blocked Alex. The fact that Alex was blocked for the second time in a row can be explained by the Mafia not wanting to give the town extra information with their block, which is quite logical. But why did the Military redirect specifically to Alex? Because he knew that Alex was definitely a Town member, and wanted to weaken the Town. Olam. On the first day, he had a personal protector in the form of Alex. On the second night, Alex died. If Olam is mafia, why would he kill his protector? I don't think there's a reason.
