You guys really went overboard with the comments!))) Honestly, I didn't expect such a HUGE map. I was genuinely surprised. I started on Veteran difficulty, and when I reached the surface and saw the number of troops, I realized that I'll be playing this for longer than it took me to write my IT thesis! So, I gave myself +9999 dragons and I'm just wandering around, enjoying the sights of the map (the map is very beautiful, and also quite demanding on the computer). I really enjoyed it.
That’s it. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, and started over. Everything is working now. The quests have appeared. The problem was caused by some mod.
Added after 4 hours 58 minutes Okay, I'm stuck. On the first map, the entrance to the Dungeon is blocked by a blue Tower. Not only is the key master missing, but you can't even get to the Tower. The map is fully open, except for a piece of terrain in the upper left corner, and it's unclear how to get there. What's the deal?

There are no prophet's huts on the first map.
Added after 18 minutes I'm retracting my questions. I have some mod installed that turns prophet's huts into Ents. But still, is there a blue key master?
There is no blue key master. You can get the blue key from the prophet in the center of the map, near the Tower, if you complete his quest.

Has anyone found a trading post? So I can sell a bunch of useless junk? :D
There are no trading posts, as there are quests for resources

There are no factories because there are quests for resources.
Listen, there is one non-functional Silvan tree in the center of the map (which is still guarded by golden dragons).
It says "not visited" - I click on it and nothing happens.

The Silvan trees are scripted. When you click on one of them, the hero's level increases instantly without any further prompts. If one hero levels up at this tree, another hero won't be able to level up there anymore.

Maybe I did level up, but I'm not sure; I'm just confused by the message. The hero doesn't care anyway; he's already level 35. I always use Sigrid to click on the level-up spots; what's the point of the others doing it?

All the trees have the same function. If this tree didn't work, the others wouldn't work either.

By the way, were you able to collect the complete dragon set? Because I don't have the sword, even though I reached the central prophet, and there are also angels near the tavern and phoenixes. But I found 2 dragon bone crowns along the way.

Okay by the way, thank you very much for the scroll of subjugation)) I just don't understand why the scroll of subjugation isn't in the tome of dark magic.

Could you remind me, what is the Scroll of Subjugation given for? I don't remember myself. It's probably not in the book because all spells above level 3 are forbidden.

It's simple, you enter the Dungeon, and it's right there in front of you. Apparently, it's a reward for going so far :D :D It's a shame you can't send Rai'lag down there; otherwise, he could share some dragonlings.))

I've finished the first mission; here are my impressions: The map is very well made, and it's interesting to play through, although it's really better not to take too long. I went down on the 10th month, and it was hell down there. I was also confused that I have a Tear (the Prophet didn't take it), but I can't build it in any of the castles. What's the point of having it then? (It would be better if the Prophet took it for himself). And another question: how did the enemy buy heroes that I killed? There aren't any taverns in any of the castles. I didn't get Sigrif to the same stats he had when he started the second map when they were playing solo, even though I collected all the stat boosters. I'm going to do 100 reputation for Humans and Elves. What's the reward for Humans?
Here, on the first map, some elf started chasing me, and he has an army of several hundred thousand soldiers. How is that even possible? It's impossible to escape from him!

There is a way to escape from him. I can send it to you in a private message))

You can build the Tear in one of the cities, I think. Congratulations on completing the game) the reward is also some artifacts + a bonus. You could have brought the hero to those stats, or even higher, with skillful education, for example
