I generally disagree with you) Jebus Cross is already as imbalanced as can be) The strength of Conflux and Necropolis will only increase due to the chance of a native center, and thank God for that, it means they will be on equal footing with other towns. What secondary skills and Pandora's Boxes have to do with it, I didn't understand at all. However, you're the organizer, so it's your call what to play)
If you don't understand what secondary skills and Pandora's Boxes have to do with it, then you need to spend time understanding what they are and how they affect things. The center chance is already a chance, and that's already a disadvantage. We sometimes take restarts due to, for example, Valor lacking two stacks, but here — to play the main part of the game, reach the center, and discover an imbalanced situation — is very unfortunate.
By the way, what will be played is not only the organizer's call, because once a single template is announced for a tournament, it cannot be changed. 42 players registered for the tournament on that template, which is in the link, and that is what will be played.

Judging by what you described, this would make the template imbalanced.
How can a template be imbalanced—it's just a layout, after all? R55Max
First of all, Necropolis is already significantly strong on Jebus Cross given its faction specialty, especially since Pandora's Boxes with Ghost Vampires are not uncommon.
Significantly strong compared to what? Necropolis is strong on any template, but especially where there's good skeleton growth dynamics, i.e., a large number of low-level guards. For Jebus Cross, there won't be many such guards. And here, as always, Conserves and Dragon Fly Hives are the deciding factors. And Galthran. Now he's imbalanced. He can be picked even for a different town (last year's final is a clear confirmation). For Necropolis, even the level 7 unit is the least promising of all towns. Remove Galthran, and the town would go from being an outsider to a complete outsider. Like Conflux with Inferno and Tower. Again, let's look at the statistics from the last tournament. And boxes with Ghost Vampires are something semi-fantastical. I personally have never encountered them on Jebus Cross, but I have on large templates. R55Max
Second, the strength of Fortress and Necropolis will increase significantly thanks to secondary skills, and if we also factor in the treasure zone of Necropolis-Fortress, it's simply a slaughter.
Thanks to what will it increase? Surely not because of the double? Well, that's just saying something for the sake of saying it :D Any other town would be stronger thanks to the double. As for the treasure zone coinciding with the town type... out of the 7 games that were used in the last tournament, what's the probability that they'll coincide? And what difference does it make anyway. And what kind of super troops will Necropolis get? Will 3 Wraiths really be better than 3 Titans, Behemoths, Archangels... And once again, let's look at the statistics. R55Max
Clearly, such a template is not needed, at least in this tournament. Requests to discuss a new template should be made in another thread.
Then there was no need to fill the post with pointless reasoning; you should have just moved it to the discussion board.
It would be good to give the new template a name. "Test1" doesn't really work. I suggest the name "SPRING".
We need an English name, and "spring" is associated with the season, not a coil spring, for most people.

It's more advantageous to take an object in the central treasure than in a corner one. For example, if you take a maxicon in the corner, you get 4 angels. But if you take a maxicon in the center, you get 4 angels and deprive your opponent of the opportunity to get them. Double the benefit! :p
That's the theory, but in practice, it turns out that someone (or both) runs into a dead-end treasure and gorges themselves until they turn blue, and then they compare what they've acquired.
The Spider and Balance factions clearly demonstrate this; it's slightly less pronounced on other factions, but it still applies.
Judging by what you described, this would make the template imbalanced.
First, Necro is already significantly strong on Jebus Cross given the Necromancy skill, not to mention Pandora's Boxes with vampire lords are not uncommon.
Second, the strength of Conflux and Necro will significantly increase thanks to secondary heroes, and if you also factor in the Necro-Conflux treasure zone, it's simply devastating. This template is definitely not needed, at least in this tournament; please discuss a new template in another thread.
I disagree. Mainly, the presence of Necro and Conflux towns will make the game much more diverse: Earth Magic is the foundation of Soda, and very often the main hero doesn't get it, but now there would be an option — a university in Conflux. Agreed, that's fair, especially since you don't get Earth for free, but for 7,5k. From my own game experience — for Jebus Cross on Soda, that's not such a small amount. Roughly the same with the Necro town — I see no downsides — on the contrary, another option for development and tactics — through the Converter, which also costs 6k and 20 ore and wood to build — also a considerable sum, considering that these resources are mostly needed in the early game stage.
And the main question: what is the downside of having Necro and Conflux among the (non-starting) towns???
Now, in the Grand Order, there will be phoenixes and group psychics. That will be fun :) The other arguments, like the overpowered native center, are so insignificant that you can play equally well with or without them.
I wrote it considering the C-realm, cross out Swamp, Castle, Dungeon. It's competitive enough with the rest. And the innovation - a significant buff if the center is Necropolis!
Now let's take Conflux. Pandora's boxes with Gr. Fairies, Gr. Psychics, and Gr. Birds are a huge imba!!! The same center has a chance to appear. Let it even be a 1/10 chance, but combined with everything written above, it still matters a lot. Secondary skills are also imba, because Air elementals are one of the main offensive stacks until transitioning to more substantial units like Angels, Wyverns, and others. I think this is more than enough to consider the imbalance.
Message from GoD: I disagree. Primarily, the presence of Necropolis and Conflux villages will make the game much more diverse: Earth Magic is the foundation of Slow, and very often the game doesn't give it, but a way out appears - the university in Conflux
In this specific case, of course, everyone can get Earth Magic if such a village exists, but this case will increase the imbalance even further. For example, all else being equal, the presence of a Conflux village brings, as said, Earth Magic; whoever has Conflux has Earth Magic (considering only those cases when it is not given). Well, and playing as Conflux itself gives you magic in your arsenal.

I wrote it taking into account the drawbacks; remove the swamp, castle, and dungeon. With the rest, it's quite competitive.
Not at all. A rampart with a logistics Kirra and a citadel with powerful creatures with 300 HP are much better for Crag.
And the new feature – the enhancement is significant if the Necropolis is in the center!
Again, no argumentation... There's no point in discussing it further. The enhancement is exactly the same as for all other cities; in some ways, it's worse, and in some ways, it's better. But the main advantage of the Necropolis is the increase in skeletons. And how does a neutral Necropolis center solve this? It's about who takes the center first, in principle.
Now let's take Conflux. Pandora with grand fairies, grand psychics, and grand birds is a huge advantage!!! The center still has a chance of appearing. Let's say it's a 10% chance, but with everything written above, it plays a very significant role.
What 10%? Where did you get that statistic from? As for the psychics – if you're lucky, you'll get one in 50 games; I haven't encountered them even once in ten games of Conflux (in the statistics of the last tournament, there were twice as few of them). And you're just pulling these numbers out of thin air. In fact, there's no point in discussing anything.
It will light up for whoever captures it. And what's so special about the Necropolis bonus here? The tower's observation post is much more overpowered – let's ban it:D
I don't understand the argument about Pandora's Boxes with Vampire Lords being imbalanced, for example. They can already appear on Necropolis' starting respawn. And if they're in the center or on side respawns, then that won't decide the game at all. As for strengthening Conflux or Necropolis through secondary towns — that's complete nonsense. First, secondary towns are random; that's not balance (template). Second, even 6 Air Elementals from a secondary town is nothing on Jebus Cross.
We're waiting for new content; the theme is great, but nothing new has appeared.
New templates require new ideas. Each template has its own ideological component, such as Jeb, Mini-Nosty, and Diamond. Each template has its own play style. There's no point in creating a bunch of identical templates just for the sake of it. The last new idea was TDD, but it didn't catch on. :(

We're waiting for a naval template. Although it probably won't be popular either.
Vik seems to be running out of steam. We won't see any new worthwhile templates. :(
