I don't understand the argument about Pandora's Boxes with Vampire Lords being imbalanced, for example. They can already appear on Necropolis' starting respawn. And if they're in the center or on side respawns, then that won't decide the game at all. As for strengthening Conflux or Necropolis through secondary towns — that's complete nonsense. First, secondary towns are random; that's not balance (template). Second, even 6 Air Elementals from a secondary town is nothing on Jebus Cross.
