I wrote it considering the C-realm, cross out Swamp, Castle, Dungeon. It's competitive enough with the rest. And the innovation - a significant buff if the center is Necropolis!

Now let's take Conflux. Pandora's boxes with Gr. Fairies, Gr. Psychics, and Gr. Birds are a huge imba!!! The same center has a chance to appear. Let it even be a 1/10 chance, but combined with everything written above, it still matters a lot. Secondary skills are also imba, because Air elementals are one of the main offensive stacks until transitioning to more substantial units like Angels, Wyverns, and others. I think this is more than enough to consider the imbalance.

In this specific case, of course, everyone can get Earth Magic if such a village exists, but this case will increase the imbalance even further. For example, all else being equal, the presence of a Conflux village brings, as said, Earth Magic; whoever has Conflux has Earth Magic (considering only those cases when it is not given). Well, and playing as Conflux itself gives you magic in your arsenal.
