A recipe for anti-cheat.
Each participant in a match (any tournament) MUST stream their game from the moment of the first unit generation, and do so completely, i.e., without any blank spots or applications that are not visible, including instant messengers, Skype, and so on.
Or are you just here to troll this site?
Doesn't the idea of a second computer in the house ever occur to you?
Merlin, go get some sleep :)
Or are you just here to mess around?
Doesn't the thought of having a second computer in the house ever cross your mind?
During the stream, should I password-protect (or, as an alternative, give another person access via Radmin) the Heroes folder? Or should I set a download restriction?

In general, I noticed about the Chinese players, and it was later confirmed in a conversation with Gomunguls, that they move very quickly. In the first week, my opponent's turns took from 1 to 3 minutes (I started to think that either the map was terrible or he was just a noob), and then he took a ramp and a crypt in about 5 seconds (I saw that part of the respawn point from the overview). I decided that I must have imagined it and simply didn't believe my eyes, but Gomunguls reported the same thing. I don't think they are taking objectives on quick play... Maybe they have some kind of program they created? We use the HD mod or Lighter, but were they informed about this? (question for Sticky). In the case where the "list" of allowed programs was not announced or agreed upon, I wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese are using something and consider it normal, while we might consider it unfair play.
But I'm getting at this (about the speed of turns) to say that the fact doesn't support the idea of cheating. Because physically, it's difficult to manage to make a turn and do a quality maphack in such a short time, and secondly, it's illogical. Yes, you can do it while the opponent is taking their turn, but why rush with your own turn instead of taking your time to open the map and look, making turns on average in 10+ minutes? - that's the question I have...

Or are you just coming to this site to be annoying?

As far as I remember, Asm wanted to implement this in WT, by reserving the "anti-cheat" option (maps and saves should be created on his server). However, I can't say how much progress has been made on the implementation of the idea since then.
How do you think the court understands the law? From a logical or emotional perspective?
This reminded me of something:
"He is, of course, guilty, but... he is not guilty..." (c) :)
The court evaluates the evidence... and how it is presented... whether it's logic or emotion, it's not as important as the evidence itself... both sides present evidence (materials)... that is, the main thing is the presence of this material... and the form of presentation... is just a form...

What's next? I'm talking about minimizing risks - some people don't have two computers and we'll exclude that segment this way.
which is not the same thing, but by substituting concepts we keep asserting further. You can do this like in a children's fairy tale: swap a cow for a goat, and a goat for a duck, and keep swapping until you get a beating from the grandma :D
Asm wants to do a lot of things.
Also, Asm should:
There is no monetary support from BT for Asm. So what do you want, Comrade Neo, huh?
Or did I demand something from Asm somewhere?
Because talking shit is easier than hauling sacks...
P.S.: although in fact, as a rule, people get paid more for the ability to talk shit than for the ability to haul sacks :D
The court evaluates the evidence... and how it is presented... whether logic or emotion, it doesn't really matter... the parties present evidence (materials)... so the main thing is the presence of these materials... and the form of presentation... is just a form...
Did you just imagine all that to yourself?
I think most people here will tell you that the form of presentation matters for achieving results. Otherwise, the legal profession wouldn't be needed. You could just send a pile of papers (evidence) in an envelope, and the court would of course figure out themselves what and, most importantly, on what basis (form of presentation) they are proving.
Take my word for it, if you give the same set of evidence for similar cases to different lawyers, their results will far from always be the same.
Is that just your imagination?
I think most people here would agree that the way something is presented matters, in order to achieve a result. Otherwise, the profession of lawyer wouldn't be necessary. You send a bunch of papers (evidence) in an envelope, and the court is supposed to figure out what's important and, most importantly, on what basis (the form of presentation) they are proving their case.
Believe me, if you give the same set of evidence for similar cases to different lawyers, the results will not always be the same.
I just want to say... that the court should not be swayed by the logic or illogicality of a lawyer's (or non-lawyer's) arguments. Neither logic nor emotions should influence the decision. Evidence and materials are what the court should consider and evaluate, not logic or emotions.
Все в ней нулево и кукольно.

Doesn't an open map increase the turn time?
You are right in some respects from the perspective of an ordinary person.
But I am telling you what the reality is in a real court (which we somewhat emulate in the game's situations).
I can afford to do so because I represent the interests of a state agency in court when appealing actions...
I want to convey to you that neither emotions nor the logic of the parties will influence the court's decision if the level of judging is sufficiently high. And that is correct – the court needs materials and evidence, and nothing else...
