How do you think the court understands the law? From a logical or emotional perspective?

The court evaluates the evidence... and how it is presented... whether it's logic or emotion, it's not as important as the evidence itself... both sides present evidence (materials)... that is, the main thing is the presence of this material... and the form of presentation... is just a form...
