Hi everyone, by the way, I recently read comments on the heroes6.ru website saying that if you install the Steam version of the game, you can play even if you bought the boxed version. So, please tell me where I can download and try the Steam version.

After a month of playing, I encountered the following problem yesterday. When exiting the games, my computer froze. I turned it off (using the power button). After turning the computer back on, the game no longer works. The launcher starts, but after launching, an error occurs, and the application closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, but it didn't help. I deleted all data from \users\username\appdate\local\ubisoft game launcher and disabled synchronization, but it still re-synchronizes the data the first time I launch it. :smile35: I believe this error is related to saving data on Ubisoft's server during synchronization. And, accordingly, now when I upload the data – and it is corrupted – an error appears, and the application closes. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? In general, this is quite strange, as such a problem usually occurs on fan-made maps if the entire area is not specifically covered with a special brush. But for it to happen on maps created by the developers?

Do you have the Steam version? If so, open the "LIBRARY" tab, then right-click on the game title ("Might and Magic: Heroes VI"), and select "Properties". In the window that appears, select the "Language" sub-tab, and then click on the arrow and choose the desired language from the list. If you have the physical copy, try contacting technical support.

Hey guys, I need some help... I launch the game... an image appears... the screen darkens, everything seems fine... but then it crashes... I see the same image again, but now it's on my desktop... the image doesn't disappear, it just stays there... and everything freezes... Task Manager says it's not responding... anyone know what to do?

I bought the game, brought it home, and installed it. My laptop is decent: it has a GF550 video card with 2 GB of memory.
When I launch the game, the splash screen appears, and then it freezes. This happens every time. Restarting and reinstalling don't help.

Hello, I recently bought the Heroes game disc, it's a licensed copy, everything is as it should be. I installed it, played for a while, and everything was great; the game ran smoothly. Then, I needed to reinstall my system. After reinstalling, I reinstalled the game, and after launching it, a window pops up with an error message saying that the program has stopped working, and it redirects me to the Ubisoft window. Is there a way to fix this, and how?
