It's pleasant to play strong factions against a strong opponent – even with unfamiliar rules on a little-known template :) :) truth be told, the rules played a nasty trick on the opponent – despite having a stash of wood elves, elves, and dwarves (and about 3 medusa-things from the dungeon)))) against my single stash with kentaurs, he got so carried away leveling up Gunnar (who is unsuitable for Rampart) that he switched to Mephala a bit too late, which certainly played a role... however, I also incorrectly estimated the range of options for exploring zones on Balance, so I spent the 3rd week, if not in vain, then at least not as effectively as I could have with more experience – nevertheless, in the FF, the parameters decided it and luck struck when needed,))) though, even if I had lost her, the opponent would still have had to fight for a draw ;)
The respawn for this template was very rich (perhaps the Chinese rank Castle and Rampart so high not only because of their stability and ranged units, but also because of how greedily they consume grass resps))) In the 1st week, I bought 7 heroes, uniques in the Castle, a thousand in the secondary with a market (where I specifically exchanged a crystal)) on the 6th day I rescue the 8th from prison: an unbanned Solmir, but meanwhile Tiras is already level 6 with stats around 7-5, and Grinya is still running around leveling up))) at 121 Tiras hits lots of basilisks in an adjacent zone, then lots of gr.evil-eyes and a road loop through a refuge, where they didn't really give anything, leading to another Rampart village! A book is bought – haste for air ;) while the boss runs back, the stash goes to punch a hole with Grindan into the barbarian wasteland with a Pandora guard hook nearby, Solmir runs to it on a papal wolf, and Clancy goes scouting on a kentaur :) Tiras himself with pathfind, having received the stash behind him, eats the dwarf mine by 20s, Pandora for 5K exp behind a pack of blue monks, and by the end of the week finally reaches the stables near the starting one)) Plenty of money – I decide to aim for dragons ;) so while Tiras, having eaten the naga-bank, stood at 127 in the stables again, the stash meanders through the respawn, "capturing sulfur and crystals so we can buy dragon rocks" ©
at 131 Tyr with full growth and a supplement from villages hits the GO (Guard Outpost) from lots of nagas, and behind the teleport is a throng (!!!) of thunders: creatures comparable in nastiness to upgraded efreet; I remember how in "Bespredel" 5 archs were rolled by lightning with 10 champions + devour, and the hero had implosion!.. :D nevertheless, with an army consisting of 37 elves, 80 basic dwarves, 17 gr.wood elves, 140+1+1 kentaurs and 10 gr.uniques + ballista + tent + haste, we charge them!! it turned out to be 119 and the 1st turn wasn't mine – no matter how you position, 2 units to remove retaliation kill immediately :( nevertheless I got out with 50 dwarves, 15 wood elves and a horde of kentaurs, the rest suffered no damage, including the machines :) behind them – the grass is guarded by a horde of the same birds, but mana is 0 after the battle – but I broke through to the central treasure on the sand, there's a hive nearby, and boots are visible behind the mountains! well, I think – since I took pathfind – I should see what's there ;) it didn't bring anything decisive, and the adjacent super-treasure – if I had run for it – would have only broken the tempo, especially since the opponent could at any moment punch through the birds from their side and cut the chain back, and then a stash from 2 castles – and it's unlikely that the treasures on Balance would compensate for that
Tiras, however, ran to another adjacent zone for the boots, and on the way he also grabbed the gloves, pathfind expert, basic log :) from my castle to the teleport with birds is half a day on foot – I decide to stand before the opponent's GO at 137, and then try to reach it with the boots and gloves ;) a mistake or not, but I thought mana would be just enough for haste against the birds, so I didn't check air – otherwise I would have stood before the GO at 136 and broken in a day earlier, without running for the mines and the +2+2 knife – the losers would have managed))) but as it is, I don't reach anywhere, and the stash slips past me :( at the same time, I hit the birds (already a throng) with growth, and when I took it back with a loser so the castle could be attacked, I checked twice how much grows so as not to make a mistake in the number ;) as a result, I didn't attack the castle, and didn't reach the loser who evacuated the stash by exactly those 2 cells :( :( on my turn, I take revenge on the other betrayers and through the stables I enter the empty castle, bought out to 0!
I accelerate, mana is now a full piggy bank, the red losers rushed to the respawn to scatter in all directions
well, Tyr decides to chase after the exported growth: since there is only one road between us and it is not looped (2 other roads ended in Rampart villages), I will cut Mephala off from it, and then try to drive her into a dead end or wasteland – time works for me + 12 geese + in the castles there are unbought dragons and pegasi and small fry in the villages ;) even if she beats me upon meeting – by the time she runs back, there will be something to meet her with, including Solmir ;)
meanwhile, the opponent returns with the mom, takes the 3-can with the whole army via a chain of losers and – judging by everything, with the last cell – attacks:

Considerations for this battle are already above – even in the case of non-child morale for Mephala, my goal was – to kill all the shooters and flyers, and then pay off, not let them near the castles, wait for growth etc. etc., especially since the approaches were opened, and in a week hardly anything would have broken there from the flaxes and necros :) however, luck in this battle was on Tiras's side – dwarves under mass haste reliably resisted the oil, bringing a cast interrupt at the beginning of the round already after killing the greens who managed to burn the elves before death, and my pointy-eared ones got morale a couple of times, which only accelerated the resolution :)
1:0, many thanks to the opponent for the game and the new experience!
