Let's try random heroes with a ban on players who specialize in spells.

For example, Shakti receives three stacks, and Nelle visits Solmyr in the tavern. Wicc mentioned that the more random events there are on the map, the more they balance each other out overall, and the more the player's skill matters, rather than the initial setup.
Why not allow mage-kamikazes as artillery preparation before the Fortress Battle? And who is sure that the opponent won't prepare the same trick?
