Solmyr, Demeer, and Aislin are cheaters (and/or) kamikazes; do the rest have a right to exist?

Out of respect for the author, I won't suggest adding Shakti, Gosha, or Gunnar here, as there's a rather annoying paragraph in the rules. All rules are good if both opponents agree to them, so agree on the aforementioned innovations in advance, and that's it.
