Solmyr, Demeer, and Aislin are cheaters (and/or) kamikazes; do the rest have a right to exist?

On WCL, all level 4 heroes have long been allowed. Only noobs play with them, and they are used in less than 1% of games. As an exception, Devangel started with Alamar on Jebus (but still switched to a Warrior), and at least that way, Revival would be possible. But Devangel lost that game to a Paladin; perhaps he didn't have enough breakthrough power with Shakti in the first week. However, on WCL, the 2cm4d3n template isn't very popular, largely because of the possibility of rushing on day 8 and restarting after encountering the first map...
