Waterfall, hello! Thanks for the new game! I'm playing with my brother, and we like it.
Glad to see Minotaurs in tier 5. It's just that there's a mismatch between their appearance and their new power.
As a suggestion, try to port the Minotaur model from Heroes 7 (I don't really like that game, but the Minotaurs there are impressive).
Or, increase the size of the standard models.
It’s very nice to know that my work brings you joy. The phrase “for a new game” is especially heartwarming; I really strived to create a mod that would give a new lease on life to those who have already played the original 3.1 for many hours.
I don’t like the style of Heroes 7. Yes, the minotaurs there are impressive and look good. I would have preferred to increase the size of the original minotaurs by 1.5-2 times, but I don’t know how to do that =(

Waterfall, hello! My brother and I played 3 maps, reached the center perks, and realized that Dark Elves with "doubled initiative" are overpowered. We thought that, for example, an initiative bonus of 5-6 would be a better reward than x2. It would be more balanced (we managed to get 61 initiative with Fury units under acceleration...).
We were also surprised by the Azure Dragons. We couldn't defeat packs of 25+ dragons with any race (they also don't care about 43 initiative; they still go first, and because of fear, they can't even be attacked, let alone withstand an attack). We only figured out that with Necromancers and Ghosts, using "fight to the last," in a corner of the map, 100 Azure Dragons would simply die from plague and unholy word. But that doesn't really work... it seems like the dragons have 100-100 stats, but it feels like they have 150-150. High attack, high defense, agony, fear. It would be okay if they grew slowly, but they grow like Tier 7 units.

Hi!
It is assumed that regular Heroes of Might and Magic battles rarely reach the point of achieving center perks. It is usually possible to achieve them either in single-player mode or in Multiplayer by agreeing in advance not to attack until you have reached the maximum level through a mentor.
In my opinion, in the vanilla version, the most overpowered perk was the Elven Luck; now it has a competitor in the form of the Dungeon faction's center perk. =)
Azure Dragons belong to Tier 8, not Tier 7.
They also have an ability that the developers created but did not give to anyone in the game; when attempting to attack them, fear may trigger.
The Azure Dragon is the embodiment of strength, power, and might in the Armageddon's Blade expansion for Heroes 3. That is exactly how I envisioned it in the mod, which focuses on this DLC.
In the distant future, I plan to create a dwelling for them so that they can be recruited.
Suggestion to revert the Orcs' central perk to require 3 basic skills instead of 4. Because, for example, "Art of Defense" would help a little. I would generally add the ability for Orcs to have "Readiness" in each round as a central perk, if that were possible. Let's say 500 Fury and Readiness. (just something to think about).
