Colleagues, can you tell me if there are any mods similar to the Harmony mod at /post/1125663/ that change the appearance of the skill wheel and add new skills and abilities to it? Approximately how much would it cost to create such a mod? The author of the aforementioned mod started developing it but unfortunately couldn't finish it
Hello. I would like to implement the idea of elite units that do not require the participation of an enemy hero.
The idea: on the map, there is a regular group of mixed units, which includes a leader unit that has a higher level than the rest of the units in the group (for example, a group of 100 skeleton warriors, 100 skeleton archers, and 40 archliches (leader)).
The purpose of the mod is to make the battle end in victory after the leader is killed, and not the entire group. Is it possible to implement this in the game without using combat scripts? Because if it is done through scripts, it would involve giving the main hero the ability to track all the leader units that I use on the map (and the map is large), which would mean that not only the units in the desired battle would be tracked, but all of them – this is not an option, as the map would become too large. How do I envision this? When creating a mixed group, a special checkbox would be added to indicate the "leader" of the group, and after the leader is killed, the battle would automatically end in victory.
Hello. I would like to implement the idea of elite squads without the involvement of an enemy hero. The idea: on the map, there is a regular group of mixed mobs, which includes a leader stack that has a higher level than the rest of the units in the squad (Example: a squad of 100 skeleton warriors, 100 skeleton archers, and 40 archliches (leader)). The point of the mod is that the battle ends in victory after the leader is killed, not the entire stack. Is it possible to implement this in the game without combat scripts? Because if it's done through scripts, it would involve giving the main hero the ability to track all the leader mobs I use on the map (and the map is large), which would mean that not only the squads in the desired battle would be tracked, but all of them – this is not an option, the map would be too large. How do I see it? When creating a mixed stack, add a specially trained checkbox that will indicate the "leader" of the squad, after which the battle will automatically end in victory.
The described functionality can be implemented using combat scripts, and it's not as difficult as you think. You need to create a table that will contain pairs of "Script name of the mixed squad on the map" and "Leader ID". Attach a trigger to the interaction with this squad, after disabling the standard interaction. Upon touching the squad, set a GameVar, from which you pull the creature ID from the table (because we know the squad name, and we can pull this ID from the table). Then, collect data from the squad (what and how many creatures) and start the battle using startCombat, with an attached script. The script itself is not complex; it simply takes the recorded ID from GetGameVar and checks if these mobs have been killed, and if so, ends the battle. In the function that handles the result of the battle, you will need to check if your hero won, and remove the stack from the map if he did. That's the concept.
Не уходи безропотно во тьму, Будь яростней пред ночью всех ночей, Не дай погаснуть свету своему!
Хоть мудрый знает – не осилишь тьму Во мгле словами не зажжёшь лучей – Не уходи безропотно во тьму.

Well, my mod has an expanded skill wheel; if you're interested, download it and take a look =)
I want to implement 3 Tier-1 creature levels, that is, an upgrade for Elder Goblins and Goblin Marauders. But I need some good-quality recolored textures. Unfortunately, I don't have the talent to do it beautifully. Maybe there's an enthusiast who would like to try recoloring them?
In short: Are there any volunteers to try making Master Goblins? (blue)

Blue goblins, similar to those in the third game, were created by the respected ArchWarlock!
Not exactly a mod, but it would be great to create a program that recognizes a data file containing creature information and allows you to change the ID, level, etc., with just a few clicks. It would be useful for NCF files.
In the "NecroButton - Alternative Undead Raising Table" thread, Ziegmaster's valid suggestions, for some reason, were not heard or were ignored by those who understand the matter and could have helped implement the desired functionality. Perhaps some things are simply impossible to implement because something is hardcoded into the executable file. The feeling of incompleteness of the mod, to the extent that I see it, prevents me from using it, although it is undoubtedly good. I will try to approach the alternative undead raising table differently. When hovering the cursor and right-clicking on a mob, a group of mobs, a garrison with mobs, or a Castle, a context menu appears. In the example in the image below, is it possible to implement the following: If there is a Dark Energy scale, meaning there must be a Necropolis Castle or a necromancer hero, then and only then should icons (of course, they need to be adjusted to the correct size, given a frame to each, in general, everything as it should be for complete harmony) of the creatures that can be raised from the killed group appear in these context menus?
Hello, can you help me with importing models from Heroes 7 into Heroes 5? I figured out how to use 3ds Max, but I can't install Maya 2009. I have the FBX file, but I can't use it.
Dear modders, perhaps someone would like to make a small change. Simply replace the dragons of the Sylvan faction with birds. Unimproved Rukh, improved Phoenix/Stormbird (bird of thunder).
