Has anyone played the Chinese remake of the TEW2 map? I can't seem to beat Iona in it. The date, if that matters, is 236.

-fixed Mage Guild Lv5 in Zauberberg/Magicberg
There are probably still tons of bugs in this map. As it stands, I want to fix them, but I have forgotten most about this map. I am happy to receive more emails at [email protected]
Greets
The fifth level of the guild is fixed, but all other bugs that may prevent normal gameplay remain. And the further you go, the worse these bugs get; for instance, flight and Dimension Door can still be generated in other castles - !Pond [Jolka] and HangarAyt. A mismatch in one of the units granted at point 36.109.0 for the guardian 35.110.0., a blocked path to Shogi die Papa at 129.100.0, and other suspicious moments.
It is not mentioned in the text file, but it can be noticed that witch huts were removed and replaced with scholars. However, this is not enough for full recovery and normal playability.
I suggest compiling a list of bugs and questionable points with coordinates and sending it to the author, since he asks for it himself. I have some things, but I haven't explored the map as thoroughly as Marlo and Sewa:)
At the same time, we could write for Bug-Race/3 hoch Smash; there is clearly less work to do there.
I was playing one of the Chinese remakes of Teow2. What's the problem with the battle against Iona? Screenshots or save files, and I think the problem will be quickly resolved, because without that, there's nothing to discuss.

Nautilus updated RotSK to version 26.0. Fixes from the text file:

The maps are so complex, and so few people have completed them, IMHO, that it would be better for you to write directly to those who have played them.

This has already been done. From Bug-Race, as far as I remember, there are three issues: a campfire that allows you to complete the map much earlier by generating mercury, an incorrect placement of the hut, which makes it impossible to enter, and a blocked cell for landing a ship after freeing the hero from prison (this cell can be "unblocked" by using the repeat turn option, but it shouldn't be that way, as it can only be done with the HD mod; it doesn't work in the clean SoD version; the map was originally tested on the clean SoD version).
In 3 hoch Smash, there is a problem with the underground gates in some version of the map. Descriptions of walkthroughs for these maps are already available in this thread from Marlo, and there is also a video walkthrough for Bug-Race, in case anyone missed it. I am basing my information on them; if there is anything to add, feel free to do so.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UFYDH0G2liV3i4B6azm6AjRw-HzCrEM5/view?usp=sharing Here are all the save files. You can see the entire playthrough. One of the main difficulties (and flaws) of the map is the author's indifference to the spells in the guilds, as they are only marked on the first level of the first castle. I think it would have been much harder for me if I hadn't found quicksand there, and much easier if I had been lucky with blindness, force field, and maybe something else. If I don't find resurrection, blindness, and other important spells soon, I really don't know how to proceed. Even now, Iona's Titan stack wipes out a significant portion of my army with a single attack, and it's impossible to restore it or even neutralize the Titans.
I glanced at the save files and can immediately say that you need a Crystal Dragon for the battle with Iona, which you lost after the battle with Shiva. Without it, we don't have a first turn, and the Titans immediately destroy our Cyclops. So, you need to replay to keep it for the battle with Iona. Many more difficult battles await you, especially the one with Gundulla, level 868, with the Cloak of Renunciation.

The Crystal Dragon will give me the first turn, but there's not much I can do on that turn. I won't be able to block the Titans, and there's nothing I can do about them, because, as I already wrote, the map is at least currently lacking in spells.
Well, somehow this map was completed, including by me. But seriously, the Titans can be blocked. The birds are divided into single units for blocking, a slow spell is cast on them for 1 turn, and morale is applied to the single units so that they can fly over and block the Titan. On the 2nd turn, morale on the birds is no longer needed, because on the 1st turn we moved them closer to the gates. In general, think about it, there are no impossible situations, unless the author intended it that way. P.S. There are probably not enough troops for the battle, so in any case, replay with saving the crystal and as many troops as possible.
Until the author sits down and tests the map from start to finish, I don't see the point in writing about the bugs found.
That's a harsh condition :D. I think that providing a list of bugs is the least that players can do; it would also make the author's task easier if they decide to do a full test in the future and make the map less buggy if someone wants to try it out in its current state.
wenwell, we discussed the list of problematic points in private correspondence; you can use it as a basis if you still decide to write to Nautilus.
I finally finished Metataksar, the result is 216, sorry, Dandy)).

At the end, after freeing Rasti, it was probably possible to save another day, but I didn't bother.
Three battles seemed quite challenging.
The battle of Orin against the rampart with -3 morale, the goal is to win without losses in the main stacks (archers, enchantresses, titans, and elves) and save mana for teleportation. It was pure luck; after several hours, due to constant demoralization, I wanted to break the computer)).

The battle of Dessa against the bears, the goal is simply to win, because Dessa will still be defeated by the vampires later. This is purely about tactics.

And the battle of Orin against Inferno, the goal is to win without losses in the main stacks (archers, enchantresses, titans). Here, both luck and tactics play a role.

Try it if you're interested.
However, my friend, you know a thing or two about perversions, and if I'm serious, then congratulations on the coolest performance!
