Albert already thought he had won, but that wasn't the case: the combination of King and Raven is capable of a lot. For the flyer, one mouse was enough, and it came just as planned, even with an extra point of damage for good measure.

There's Kiss of Lust. It's worse than Chains in several ways, but it's still quite playable.

Saw the nerfs. I'm happy about my buff; I like the guy with the axe.

What happened to the Sukei? Did they get sick? The only thing I'll say is that the Admiral's nerf is quite significant. There were times when I wanted him to have 4 HP, but that's a double-edged sword – if he sacrifices himself, he'll also apply his buff and free up a slot for new, stronger units. The cost doesn't give him anything; they should have added one to the Latamu, or made the Assassin's Dagger cost one.

I killed a big snake with the Deu here, and on the next turn, it evolved a second one, hit it with Disrend, killing the Deu and spawning a new Hydra, and then spawned a Dehaka, while I had a dead hand with two Radiks and a non-functional minor unit after Redrow. And now I'm thinking - if I had cut down the snakes with the Grandfather, would I have been able to win? I would have had to place an empty Deu without evolution on the next turn, which it would have cut down with Masamune or something else, and I still wouldn't have been able to do anything about the Dehaka, which would have been hitting me for free for two turns. And then, only on the next turn, I would have gotten a dead hand with two Radiks again. In general, I'm comforting myself with the fact that it's unwinnable. The only game I lost in the finals.

Played the final 2-2, you know, rune-style. Lost to the dragon and the artifact portal. It was my own fault with the dragon – I got hit by an Astharoth from it while a lone Lyria was on the board, which I could have removed a couple of turns earlier, but I overthought it and didn't have enough mana. Losing to the portal with a good starting hand isn't a big deal. Even though its deck had some interesting cards like Lyhenna and substitutions (maybe I'm missing something, but what's the point of it now when there's alterspheric rush?).
The reward is cosmetics + 3 packs + 1 shard.

It's just awful, I always have bad luck in the second stage. I can't even believe how clumsy I am. Or maybe I just don't really feel like playing. I've been neglecting the daily tasks for a long time.

Today, I decided to do a daily quest for three rune victories in ranked for the first time in six months. I won two in a row, then lost seven or eight in a row. Before that, I was thinking of going to the finals with a rune deck, but after that, I abandoned the idea. They also started countering it with the new burn-rune.

No, it's fine now. There are a lot of swords with full boards of ones that are cleared by sub-stabs, and dragons remain on the board after dis-days. It also helps against manaria; they have wide boards, so any extra damage is helpful. But Lyhenna in artifacts is a sign of a netdecking idiot; it doesn't work with them at all for many reasons, plus the banish amulet is in the meta.

Overall, it's a tough time for Parta. I logged in a couple of times this week to play ranked, played a few games, and then quit. It turned out that when you have 12-15 post-Deus zero-cost cards in your deck, plus about 10 high-cost cards (4+), and among the two- and three-cost cards, there are six Chamelions and Miriam, which you draw in the early turns with Ferwents without generators, it's quite bricky. I reworked the deck quite a bit before the finals, which is evident in Paracelsus and Magne in that screenshot. Magne, by the way, still hasn't been useful even once. But the pair of Sapphires that I brought back won me two games in the finals. It seems like it's 2019, you're dying on turn ten, so just spam radicals. But it turns out it's not.

It's also being boosted by the new burn rune.

I haven't seen this deck in the game yet, but I want to try it; I just need to craft two more golems. It's interesting that the deck borrows a lot from Mysteria, as it was a couple of expansions ago (Founder, Calio, Staff of Winds). I feel that the playstyle will be similar.

Ah, then I understand; for some reason, I rarely encounter swords. And there didn't seem to be any particular problems with dragons anyway (although, most likely, these were dragons with poor draws or that weren't optimized at the beginning of the meta).

Yes, I've noticed this too, but at least you can discard some cards to gain tempo and hope for a Deus draw, but what annoys me most is having a bunch of zero-mana cards in your hand in the early game. I once got so annoyed when I drew three Mechanizations and discarded one of them from the deck, and now I'm running with two.
Although, I'm a pervert and play with three Sylphs in 2019 (they say such a deck is called "aggro portal" and doesn't play Deus, but in my opinion, that's even more perverse).

The mechanization of Radix is a bit much; if it weren't for that, I'd probably ditch it too. But it's not always possible to find and play them in time, and you're always trading with Enchantments and Analyzing, so that's why I decided to try bringing Sapphire back.

I've seen and even tried a few games with it, and again, there's Lee Shenna, and the associated drawbacks, and I didn't like it. The board isn't sticky, there are no buffs, no pressure, it's just garbage.
I also saw a very similar list without Lee Shenna, but with that neutral-omen Widow. I can't try it myself because I don't want to craft it, but it's probably a more sensible deck, as Shadow plays with it.
I also crafted two new powerful Sylphs for myself and put them in non-artifact decks, but they've disappointed me so far. When you need them, they don't appear, and when you don't need them, they clog up your hand. And the acceleration on them is kind of useless most of the time. Although, they say it works well in "aggro" or "pup" decks.

When Omen was first released, I tried including one or two copies in my artifact deck, and it even worked reasonably well, but then I removed it – probably because of the bricking.

The worst tempo vampire. Although, on the other hand, Ward and "can't be targeted" should help. Maybe I should craft one too, and try playing with it.

Almost anything is better than a tempo rush.
