Yeah. I didn't specifically mention it, I was only interested in legendary cards, but there were no indications that the cards would be old. That's why I was hesitant.
Yeah, I get it. I shouldn't have kept my packs to myself, because with my luck, in the first one, I got the fourth Izrafiel, and in the second one, the fourth Halfling Giant (both from TotG).

So, I finished the story mode where two adult men are shoving all sorts of creepy stuff into a little girl's mouth and petting her head. Lunyasha is still a bit nervous and crazy, but overall, the storyline is quite cute and decent.
I joined a ranked match on the portal and was placed on Uria. The opponent kept picking maps until the limit was reached, and then I received a loss notification and got disconnected. GGWP, sugei.
I removed 95% of the rotating decks and now I regret it. But, I dusted off my mid-range Shadow deck, added a 2/1/3 girl with Drain and Reanimate on evolve, and it's amazing. Funny, a year ago I was complaining about Ectar, asking for a nerf, and now buffing the skeleton horde from Catacomb is such a pleasure and brings back nostalgia.
Oh, and whoever crafted exactly zero legendaries from Bots and two Fortresses (yes, from the standard pack), that's me. I really wanted to play an aggro dragon deck.
I did the same thing with Merlin back then. When I crafted a full set of Runes. The cards are essentially equivalent; Merlin provides more precise guidance, while Rune has better stats upon evolution and is more versatile. And, as they say, why do I need two magic users with spellboost on attack?
I'm losing a lot of games with a Grandmaster Elo: you copy an animated Chameleon onto a non-animated Locust, you get an animated Locust; you turn a non-animated monster (like an evolved Ceres) into an animated Bear, and you get an animated Puppet from it.
I lost about 70% of my games in the evening – predictably, Tankmancers and Wormlords are overpowered, and there are millions of them. Shadow is still garbage, I easily took a couple of runes, although I probably didn't count them correctly. Swords – still the same luck-based strategy without any finesse; I only got hit by Latama once, and his maneuvers looked funny. I didn't see any difference in the Forest. Blood? Who's that? The Sniper-Girl is good with the Automaton Knight and Analyzing, when you manage to get a couple of them out at the beginning of the game, but again, there are a lot of bad variables. If you don't get good creatures, you're left sitting there like an idiot with an empty hand; if you don't get good followers, you're left crippled; sometimes she doesn't appear at all for several games in a row, and you're left wondering if this is the right deck. In short, it's very high-variance and inconsistent (like crafting in general) – it's for those who like that. Locust is okay – no more, no less.
