On the one hand, it would be possible to increase the number of "guaranteed neutral" cards in the arena, but if you increase it by one or two, it probably won't change much, and if you add too many, class synergies will suffer. On the other hand, you could ban all cards with neutral synergy in the arena, but that would mean banning more than half of the new set. I understand, to some extent, what Cygames is doing – they seem to be looking at the experience of games like Hearthstone (where top shaman decks used to consist of 30 class cards and 0 neutral cards, and now mage decks often consist of 30 class cards and 0 neutral cards, and they still play well, which people occasionally complain about), but I still think that solving this problem with an overabundance of neutral craft cards is not a good idea.

In my opinion, this card is quite good. I mean, it's unlikely to be played effectively on the fourth turn, but later on – accumulate cards and have a burst of damage on the fanfare, and the fairies are a nice bonus. Just to remind you, even Levai doesn't deal damage to the face on the fanfare, and Levai is a must-have card.
But the deck needs to be limited in card diversity for this, which is a drawback.

Damn, I just had a thought: how will all this neutral crafting affect the Arena? After all, the number of neutral cards in an average Arena deck is much smaller than class cards, and it won't be very pleasant when you're offered neutral crafting synergy in both pairs to choose from. Of course, there are already various Sahis, owls, and Valkyrie spears, but there aren't many of them, and there's almost always the option to decline in favor of another pair. I wonder if Cygames will do anything about it.

The problem is that Thorn Burst costs 2 power points, unlike Leva's Fireball. And Princess will work well in the game because she performs approximately the same functions as Arcomage, but without evolving; and playing Arcomage alone or on the fifth round is not the best idea.

The spell that deals damage doesn't even give you an advantage on the fanfare, and Levai is a must-have card.

But it does give you Disaster Witch, which is comparable in price to this card. Plus, Levai is cheaper and more versatile.
