Shadowverse

A replacement for the EMP for neutral creatures. 0-mana fairies are much better, but it seems acceptable. However, EMP is unlikely to disappear.

In my opinion, this card is quite good. I mean, it's unlikely to be played effectively on the fourth turn, but later on – accumulate cards and have a burst of damage on the fanfare, and the fairies are a nice bonus. Just to remind you, even Levai doesn't deal damage to the face on the fanfare, and Levai is a must-have card.
But the deck needs to be limited in card diversity for this, which is a drawback.
