What condition needs to be fulfilled in the first mission at the Archangel post?

Do you have version 3.1 of the game? Are there any mods?
In your game, the TalkBox functions are not working, which is why the message from the archangels is not displayed.

It is recommended to move map-mod maps out of the Maps folder or install a different game build.(if some kind of repack was downloaded).

Locally, the problem with the angels can be solved by removing them using the console with the following command:

@RemoveObject("Angel1")

And also remove 2 other packs of creatures that will be encountered later:
@RemoveObject("Dragon1")
@RemoveObject("Phenix1")
