If the Town Member has possessed Edward, then the kill with a contact attack will occur after the fifth night in the game (when Edward is presumably targeted, although Edward, deprived of his passives, might not be targeted until after the 5th night, as far as I understand) or will not receive this Night Action at all if it didn't happen.

The search for Bjorn/Aeon, passed down by inheritance, should be the same - either it happens immediately, or it doesn't happen at all if it wasn't available right away.
