In general, I read the article about this Brune. He has trouble with providing feedback. The Polytechnic School, the Franco-Prussian War, and the Paris Commune don't provide any feedback at all. Charles Chanoin does, but it's a dead end after that. The only options left are the Boshin War, the Republic of Ezo, and the movie "The Last Samurai." I don't believe that he transitioned to Mexico, Japan, or France (French Republics).
For now, the evidence looks rather weak; the wiki itself doesn't mention what the flag of Ezo looks like. I also tried going further to Hokkaido and Goryokaku, but nothing came of it.

So, Heroist, what do you think about those who are currently trying to discredit you? Are there any "negs" among them, and if so, who?

Update: In the movie "The Last Samurai," the feedback is found in a footnote – is that normal for evidence?
