Yeah, I should read the hero descriptions more carefully before asking. Although, the benefit of this "ability" is minimal, especially in the late game. You still can't take Pyrokinesis or Fire Wrath at the same time as a special ability. Unless Kaldor starts with developed Magic skills + Pyrokinesis instead of skilled Chaos magic. Then it would be a deadly combination, and it would be good for the late game.
