Hello, I have a problem:
When I launch the game, the video quality somehow drops to low, even though it shows high in the settings. But after I click the "Apply" button in the video settings, the quality returns. During the game, the video quality can also change to low on its own, and it still displays as high or very high, and this happens quite often, especially when playing with a mod for Sanctuary. The same thing happens in the map editor.
This problem has occurred in all versions of the game.
I've tried reinstalling the game and the video driver, changing the priority in Task Manager, but it doesn't help.
I also checked the settings of the video driver itself, but it doesn't seem to recognize the game at all.
The latest version of DirectX is installed.

Video driver Radeon, the latest version, fully compatible with the video card; this doesn't happen in other games.
