When a player is infected, is there an immediate hint about their role displayed, or is it revealed upon their death?

There are no hints about the role or nicknames displayed during the initial infection. After death from infection, hints about the role, nicknames, and clues about the infecting player are revealed.

Master, can the old woman's interrogation be disrupted by isolation?

It works the same way as with recruitment. If the old woman is isolated, the interrogation will proceed. If the target of the interrogation is isolated, it will not work. I hope this isn't too complicated to understand.
