NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I suggest the following concept for a hero specializing in siege units, assuming such a hero doesn't already exist and it's feasible: for every 5 levels the hero gains, the ballista receives 1 additional shot, the tent provides 1 additional healing, and the cart grants +1 to the attack of ranged units.
