1. The first link is the path to the TGA file, the source file; in this case, it doesn't matter.
2. Prepare a TGA file with dimensions of x by y pixels, where x and y are powers of two. Place it in the Complete folder. In the editor, create a new Texture object and enter the link to the TGA file in SrcName. Choose the format: 8888 for icons, DXT1 for opaque textures (with areas of complete transparency), and DXT3 and DXT5 for semi-transparent textures. Set InstantLoad to true for icons. Right-click on the Texture object and select Export. Just in case, check the log.
