Hmm... I'm not sure, but when creating maps for single-player mode, I always put `sleep()` after creating something (a monster, a caravan, etc.) or after placing a hero on the map. Otherwise, the next function won't see the created object and will cause an error, and it always happens. Many functions behave this way, and maybe all of them do.
