I don't quite understand this one. It's either a general question about possessing power, or a question about some specific magic, although I don't know what to associate the numbers with. I'm leaning towards the first option. The answer is "yes".

Based on this logic: if the Master lied in the first answer, then he is a man, not Mafia, and possesses power. There are no such people.
If the lie is in the second, then he is a woman, Mafia, and possesses power. That would be Beryl.
If it's in the third, then she is a woman, not Mafia, and does not possess power. That would be Naru or Haruna.
