It depends on whether the mafia dropped a clue on the decoy in the first night. If yes (which would be quite logical, as the decoy is not immortal and you can find out who is playing them), then Arandor is a town member; if not, he is either a town member or a mafia member. But since I don't see any other real candidates for execution, it's better to execute him, whatever negative role he may be.
