I haven't played the clue game for three years, but I really wanted to, and your "unconventional approach" let me down. Usually, the first clue is difficult, but each subsequent clue pointing to the same murderer is easier. That's why I dismissed the crazy idea of Olaf with "ingen=gen" (too obvious for the first clue) and couldn't figure out the subsequent riddles. This led me to believe that I was too stupid for this game and that I should just give up (by the way, for insulting noble dignity, I am forced to challenge you to a duel with brooms! The king clearly stated that he drowned in a barrel of Malvasia, and the newspaper said he "hanged himself." This is an insult to the deceased!):smile10:

Furthermore, the clues were TOO difficult! From the growth of a lizard at 10 meters to a distance of 10 meters, and specifically from a pneumatic pistol – to years and a name – a cipher. This can only be solved in two ways if the clue looks like this: "..." This brought to mind images of the 2012 Olympics, where a gold medal was once again won by a Chinese woman, what was her name...? Or as a complex riddle, the answer to which, when deciphered, will be 10 meters. But even if you decipher the letters and numbers, what will that give you? Nothing: the Chinese woman has a husband and relatives, a city, her own height and weight, and the caliber of the pistol and the brand... In short, "guess the number I thought of from 1 to 1,000,000" would be fairer:smile18:

The "beard that protects and heals" and the "divine" Theo are pleasant and accessible clues, but by that point, I was no longer interested in them. And finally, the most important thing is the clue about the text in the newspaper – this is a complete outrage!:mad: Either the clue is hidden in the text and needs to be found, or it is highlighted, and then the rest of the text is just literary embellishment, not related to it. In short, I liked the setting and the design, but not the game itself! And also, in the future, you need to either allow NPCs to write in the newspaper about the results of their investigations or give clear answers to them after the night: "successful!", "you are blocked," "no treatment needed," etc. Otherwise, the king learning about the results of his order from the newspaper is nonsense!!!
