Unicorn Empire

I ran NCF_Core.exe, specifying the Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East folder, but this program didn't appear in the bin folder. However, if I specify a different path, for example, where the downloaded NCF_Core.exe file is located, then the bin and data folders appear, containing files with the Core extension. Can I manually copy them to the Heroes of Might and Magic V - Tribes of the East folder?
