By the way, for those playing with 3.1j EE, delete it, otherwise half of the scripts won't work. You can only run the game using game_folder/bin/H5_Game.NCF.exe.

Because you need to install the NCF core and run Heroes through NCF.EXE, which will appear in the bin folder, and not through the usual game launch, which ignores all these mods.

It works differently for everyone, but my unpacker doesn't place the files correctly, so I do everything manually. I created folder one and folder two, downloaded and moved the zip files there, unpacked them with the attached program directly in this folder, resulting in data, music, usercompankgs, I moved the drop-in drop this thing into the corresponding game folders, voila - everything started I unpacked the mod and added it separately in another folder.
