The sky isn't Mafia, and it isn't Hydra; they shot at it, and it hasn't been on the forum for a long time.
Visi is probably not Mafia, but possibly Hydra. Hekasan suggested him yesterday, and it's beneficial for Hydra to provoke their own town member.
Although, analyzing Visi and relying on Mafia's opinion...
What about Haynes? Why is she in your worlds?

Because Hekasan was surprised (genuinely surprised) that a dead player could vote for a living one. Unless it's some very clever trick, which I doubt, Hekasan wouldn't be so surprised that Haynes is alive if she were on his team.
