Could you please help me? I'm approaching the Archangel post, a new quest appears in the tasks, but nothing else happens. It's incredibly frustrating! Could it be related to the game version? I had version 3, then I patched it to 3.1, but the save file is still from the older version.

Here's another solution to the problem, and it's even better:

1. First, you need to enable the console if it's not already enabled. Here's how:

Go to the folder where the game is located. In the "profiles" folder, open the "autoexec_2" file with Notepad. Add the following line to the end of the file:
setvar dev_console_password = schwinge-des-todes, on a separate line.
Next, go to C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Heroes of Might and Magic V — Tribes of the East\Profiles\YourProfile
Open the "input_a2" file with Notepad.
In the "//console" section (you can use the search function Ctrl+F), add the following line to the end, on a separate line:
bind show_console '`' (which is the same as ~). The console will now work in the game, and you can open and close it by pressing the ` (~) key.


2. Load the save file. Open the console and type the following line: @startThread(winAF);

After this, the problem should be resolved.
