In the file \data\data.pak\Maps\DuelMode\Heroes\*.xdb, change the number in the Experience line if the hero is a preset hero. If it's a custom hero, you need to modify the file \DuelPresets\*.h5p\Maps\DuelPresets\*\preset.xdb (replace the asterisk with the hero's name).
