Large gaps aren't necessary. And if someone wants to format it into a table, let them. Also, where it says "type," it should logically say "name." Because "imposing sanctions" or "hysteria" are like types of actions, "bunker" is something like protection or isolation, and so on. In my understanding, all actions in Mafia games can be divided into several basic groups (killing, blocking, protecting/healing, gifting, controlling, information...), and the implementation and combination of these basics depend on the GM's imagination.
I don't know why the large gaps appeared; I probably don't know something. I opened my HTML file in Chrome, and everything displayed normally there, but here there are gaps everywhere. Overall, are there no questions about the skills and balance? I just won't redo everything again; I'll format everything in its final form when it's time. Then I'll decide if tables are needed.
I'm thinking of doing it this way. Yanukovych, as a maniac, doesn't seem to be entirely consistent, i.e., his skills don't guarantee 100% victory if the others don't act. I think that during the game, if one side gains a large advantage over the other, I'll move him to the weaker side, and from the "Random" ability, I'll leave only the skills that correspond to the townspeople/mafia. All of this, of course, if he's still alive at that point. This way, the game might gain new interest, and it's a good analogy to real life
