Testers needed.

Okay, now I'm confused... So, I captured the second Dwarf town - in the northwest of the map, and got the second rune. In the second dungeon (the one with the chasm), the rune can't be picked up - it says I need to capture the nearest town. Next to it is another passage (blue key).
I found the key, opened the passage to the portal, and ended up in the northeast corner of the map. BUT, I can't approach the outpost - the cursor doesn't target it. I also can't go back - it says there is no exit from a two-way portal. What should I do?
