Creating maps is a creative process. And in this process, your inner voice is the main advisor. It would look quite unusual if a renowned artist asked, "What should I draw?" If it comes to the question "what should I do?" being asked to an external audience, then that means there's a crisis. Mathematical statistics won't provide a recipe for how to best get out of it. If that's the case, you can take a time-out in map-making. Distract yourself, read, listen to yourself. There will definitely come a time when "And thoughts in the head stir with courage,/And light rhymes rush to meet them,/And fingers reach for the pen, the pen for the paper." At that time, the question being asked now will be resolved without external advice.
The question is slightly different. There are many ideas, but there is almost no time. So, if I'm going to do something, it should be just one thing. That's why I want to find out if people would like to get a full campaign of 5 maps with a continuation, like the original campaigns in Heroes, a continuation of the story I proposed, something new with its own unique plot, or if I should just not bother and create something for myself and my friends.
