I think I've figured out what the problem is. The glitches and crashes started when the hero Karli was killed. It seems there were problems with him appearing in the tavern. I think I managed to fix this problem using the console so you can finish this map. Here's the save file - http://rghost.ru/53724449. Just don't let the AI capture the first Dwarf city.

In the main version, I will now block the AI from hiring Karli and upload a new version so that no one else encounters this error (I hope everyone is fine; I killed Karli 10 times, and I didn't have any crashes).
