If it doesn't crash, head towards the 3rd town, but don't miss any enemy heroes; if they run towards the portal, you need to be able to intercept them.

This save file doesn't work. If possible, we need earlier save files. It seems the issue isn't with the AI hiring heroes; I disabled this function through the console, and it still crashed. If the problem is with the map, why didn't I encounter this in all three playthroughs? It's strange.
