Yes, I've already tried everything. In the editor, there's a 90% chance that the eraser isn't there because, if it were, it would be in the same tab as craigs. And if you place a different terrain (like water), it just disappears, but isn't deleted. It's a stupid bug.

I just tried it on a simple map. After the values 08C529000001084900000002084900000003A329, there are a bunch of zeros, interrupted by some values that also need to be set to zero. After that, the cave walls seem to disappear. I hope it works, because it's possible that this is just an isolated case.
